- Implement quality management and audit policies with fabric mills and garment suppliers.
- Work on material and product testing procedures with partners.
- Monitor fabric stretch and shrinkage to maintain production consistency.
- Conduct risk assessments on fabric and garment treatments.
- Approve lab dips, fabric lots, wash PPS, and shade bands.
- Perform quality audits at fabric mills and garment factories.
- Provide training and performance analysis to suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in textile technology.
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Proficiency in fabric and garment processing techniques.
- Experience with PLM and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English.
- Willingness to travel across China.
