Wat ga jij doen?
Jouw rol als Account Executive is cruciaal. Je bent relatiebeheerder voor van bestaande klanten én eerste aanspreekpunt voor potentiële nieuwe klanten. Je gaat aan tafel met HR of directies bij potentiële en bestaande klanten om hun uitdagingen en doelen over welzijn, werkbeleving en betrokkenheid goed in kaart te brengen. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld gaan over thema's als verzuim, werkdruk, betrokkenheid, duurzame inzetbaarheid of cultuur. Je krijgt ondersteuning van onze marketingafdeling om klanten te informeren over de voordelen van actiegericht medewerkersonderzoek en de activatieprogramma's van Realise. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een gemotiveerd team en bouwt samen aan de beste sales strategie, processen en uiteindelijke experience voor onze klanten.
Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?
- Je heb veel (digitaal) contact met jouw klanten en prospects;
- Je volgt de leads op die marketing voor je verzorgt;
- Je maakt offertes en sluit deals en zorgt dat deze intern goed landen;
- Je legt klantcontact en de acties vast in CRM systeem Hubspot;
- Je bouwt proactief jouw klantenportfolio uit;
- Je gaat mee naar netwerkevents.

Ervaring binnen de verkoop van SaaS oplossingen
