    **Join our team as a Countermanager!**

    We are looking for a dynamic Countermanager who will lead and motivate the counter staff to provide exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales targets. In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment where you can showcase your leadership skills and further develop your expertise in the luxury cosmetics industry.

    **What will you be responsible for?**

    • Leading, training, and coaching the counter staff to meet and exceed customer experience standards.
    • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue and sales goals.
    • Creating an inspiring work environment to boost team performance.
    • Building strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat purchases.
    • Ensuring accurate inventory management and merchandising for optimal product presentation.
    • Reporting to senior management on the performance of the counter staff and achievement of sales targets.

    **What are we looking for?**

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail and beauty industry.
    • Demonstrable leadership experience in Retail, preferably in the cosmetics or luxury sector.
    • Completed MUA training and relevant work experience.
    • Fluency in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
    • Naturally creative, seeking innovative ways to excel and deliver.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, focusing on 'why?' and taking risks to exceed expectations.
    • Assertive with energy and drive for success.
    • Strong emotional intelligence and adaptable interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with your team and stakeholders.
    • Acting with integrity and taking ownership without hesitation.
    • Residing in the Utrecht region.
