Job Description:

Our diverse and international Customer Service team is based at the European headquarters in Amersfoort (NL). Four teams; Order Management, Customer Relations, MasterData and Field Support, work together to support our customers throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare agreements for evaluation, loan, rental and purchases
  • Interpret and assign customer requests to the appropriate departments and teams
  • Investigate and resolve customer disputes and consequently communicate with internal departments to find solutions and preventative actions
  • Participate in team meetings and project team activities to set priorities, discuss process improvements and solve issues together

Requirements:


  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, hospitality or a similar position
  • Experience with SAP is preferred
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in French and English
  • Any additional European language is a plus
