About the job

As a _
_Foresight Intern, __you will have the chance to digest consumer and market insights to discover trends and future needs in order to propose opportunities, together with the team. _

You will be part of the Consumer, Capabilities and Foresight team; a group of 5 people. You will be supervised by and report to the Global Head of Foresight and Trends. During this internship, you will learn about how we bring trends into strategic decisions for the organization. You will interact with different departments and gain experience at a global scope in a multicultural company.

As the Foresight Intern, your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

Provide consolidated understanding of market analysis by crossing different sources of information from e-listening to ad hoc research to market trends
Accumulate insights into a summary to translate them into actionable opportunities
Explore topics and provide content for the monthly foresight newsletter
Run data queries on product launches, search behaviour and social conversations
Support in foresight related workshops
Support on our People Centricity program:
Compiling a summary of internal and external best practices in driving People centricity within an organization
Analyzing data and creating regular reports on highlights and key insights from our Consumer Voice platform (people complaints, questions, feedback) and social listening tools
Monitoring the adoption/use of our People Centricity platform and providing support for our global and local teams to overcome challenges and barriers to adoption
Developing presentations and other training or communication materials to inform and engage the organization on our People Centricity program

About you

We are looking for a Master student in a Business or another equivalent field with an interest in Marketing.

Most importantly, you are
good with
data but can also work on
creative and engaging presentations You have
strong analytical skills, easy communication, you like digging into data and working with Excel and PowerPoint and your
English is fluent (verbal and written).

You
are not afraid to proactively reach out to people when necessary and you are perfectly able to work in
autonomy.

Your adaptability, reactivity and professionalism are well known. You can also demonstrate your
organizational and detail-orientation skills.

There are also some hard requirements that you should meet:

You are enrolled as a student for the whole period of the internship, (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
You are available from July for 5 or 6 months minimum, 4 or 5 days per week;
You are willing to commute 2 days a week to Hoofddorp, NL.

We Offer
We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.

Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.

In the Netherlands we also offer a hybrid working environment which enables each team to meet our people's desire for flexibility.
